My last run was Friday morning and I was fine. I was due a run Sunday but I have done my lower back in. No idea what I have done. I've got spikey balls to roll over which seem to be doing the trick . I moving better than I was but still not ready to run.

Maybe try some Core Strength exercises? It's easy for your legs to get much stronger than the rest of your body when you start running, and you need to give all the other bits chance to catch up. But yes, rest awhile.
