Hay all, im looking for some advice plz. I do a fitness class on Monday's, today is run day but my legs are busted from squats/lunges yesterday, should I push through it and do my run or rest another day??

Take a day off from running. Go for a walk to get the blood flowing, but avoid anything high impact would be my recommendation. DOMS is one of those classic "you don't feel it until the day after the day after" things. Wait until you're less sore :-)

Good plan, im gonna work on stretching and core later on anyhow so I suppose pushing run until tomorrow will be not so bad.. Thanks
