I often find myself InThat position. For me it depends how bad it is. If it’s just like a minor irritation I go for my run as it can loosen them up, if it is full on then I defer the run for a day and do less of a movement the next week so I can carry on through out the week.
It was probably the worst ive experienced in months lol.. then yesterday I was on my pole (I do pole fitness) and it came down with me on it😰 doms is no more but feels like ive been in a car crash🙈.. week 4 must be cursed for me..
Sometimes our bodies are just more tired one week to the next, I find if I’m increasing my exercise or adding something new my immune system takes a bit of a beating and have to just ease up a bit to stop me getting a cold or something, when every exercise session has after effects like that, for me it means I’m at the top of my limit and if I push through I will get a sore throat or a cold, just a day off from all exercises usually helps to restore the balance.
