Well, I'm quite chuffed I've managed to run non-stop for 35 mins. It's fair to say that this program is the most exercise I've managed in many a year and I was happily thinking that it wasn't so bad after all. However, I feel a little guilty being told I have a '5K Runner' badge on my app as I only actually managed 3.8K. I'm a 63-year old male so would be interested to hear from anyone else of a similar age who has cracked the 5K.

I was wondering why everyone is talking about Week 9 and just worked it out..duh. I should explain that I'm using the fitness22 app as I can't seem to get the NHS podcast in France. On my app, you finish the program on Week 8 day 3.

Just do 3x 30 min runs over the next week or so and claim your shiny badge graduate badge here
