Running injury?

I completed week 3 yesterday and while I had no issues at the time or last night this morning I have a pain in my left side (below my boob kind of area) and I don’t know if it’s something I’ve done while running. It feels like a pulled muscle but would I hurt something in that area from running? It hurts to breathe in really deep too. I was going to run again tomorrow after only 1 rest day but maybe I should wait a few days, I just really don’t want to loose any progress I’ve made. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

In my experience you can hurt absolutely anywhere from running - I don’t think there's a single part of my body that hasn’t ached at some stage. You still have 24 hours before your next run, so see how you feel tomorrow - a good night's sleep can be a great healer. If it doesn’t go away get it checked out though.

Good luck!
