A PB is a PB regardless and it's an achievement precisely because it's personal - you have done something you haven't done before. Every PB is an improvement of some kind and you're entitled to enjoy it. Sure, Mo Farah is quicker, but he's not you so he's irrelevant in terms of your personal achievements.

Yeah! Excellent. Was that at a park run? I did Burnley again today and got another PB myself. I won't be doing it for the next 2 week though sadly. Got other things to achieve. Go girl. And remember, a 60min 5k is the same distance as a 16min 5k...you still achieve the same distance x
