Wow! 20 mins of continuous running. This programme is brilliant as it builds you up perfectly. I feel like Laura is my own personal trainer - saddo! The last couple of runs I’ve had a surge of nausea - anyone else get that? It passes but it’s not nice... What has W6 got in store??!! I’m beginning to feel like a proper runner and not just a wannabe! Booked my 5k charity run at Blenheim Palace in October - hooray!!

Yes, I bet you feel great having now ran continuously for 20 minutes, yes most of us here have had the gremlins from time to time, roll on week 6 and your graduation run a few weeks later. I wish you luck for your Blenheim Palace charity 5k run in October.

πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ₯‰ very well done! That's your milestone run conquered!

The nausea is a little concerning πŸ€” are you pushing yourself a little too fast, too hard maybe? Maybe try slowing the next one down a tad, w6 r1 is a tough one anyway so take it very steady. πŸ‘

Week 6 has nothing that you can’t handle now... you just did the biggest endurance jump of the programme... be very proud of yourself. Relax and watch the pace in the next one, and then you’re free running to the end. Great stuff

Well done. Booking the charity run is a good idea. I'll look for one and have a go - thanks for the inspiration!
