Well done getting this far I just started day one of week one today! I realised just how unfit I am! One minute a long time when you not fit😱
You’re supposed to be slow! That’s how it works !
Slow gets the job done and you get to run another day. It’s progressive so don’t be in a hurry
Further, stronger, faster but these things take time.
I feel exactly the same. I finished W8 this morning. That extra two minutes being added on next week sounds a lot to me! I am very slow and barely cover 3km.
