W3R2 Forgot the knee support ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Still smashed it though! Mainly because for the first half I was aware I didnโ€™t have the support on so was going stupidly slow and then Nickleback came on from my playlist and was such a good pace song I forgot about my knee/hip!

I have a small niggle in my hip/knee now but nothing I canโ€™t cope with and nothing like it wouldโ€™ve been a couple of weeks ago. I have noticed since Iโ€™ve started running (and I really do use that term very loosely ๐Ÿ˜‚) my posture seems to have improved so I wonder if thatโ€™s anything to do with it? ๐Ÿค”

Wow... well done. The joints will strengthen and posture will help a lot. Good run.

Thank you!

Did you find it easier than W3R1, too?
