My big sis Jf2018 did her 1st post Grad run today with me! It was awesome seeing her determination πŸ™ŒπŸ‘ŠπŸ™Œ and seeing her completing her 30minutes! Very proud of you Sis ❀️ I did a shorter run today being careful of my hip and achey neck ~ Jeez!! Think I'm going to take a step backwards and try to enjoy some shorter runs; I feel like I've abused my body by pushing it too hard, too fast πŸ™„ Sorry body 😊

I’ve been waiting for the first post grad report. Well, I’d say you can coach sis and do some shorter runs up and down while she’s on whatever torturous hilly circuit you can find for her 😈

Thanks Fabulous450 😊 Yes Jf2018 has been amazing!! Just wish we didn't live 180 miles away from each other, so we could run together! Now that the pressure is off for me in terms of not trying to improve on time/distance for the time being, I am loving getting out there every 2 days (as I don't need an extra rest day as a result of longer runs) ~ really beginning to think that this is what proper dedication might feel like! πŸ€—
