I’ve managed to lose 22 pounds since February and kept it off but now at standstill. I aim to walk 10,000 steps a day with my FitBit. Getting married in 3 weeks so started this challenge in the hope to kickstart my continued weight loss. I am 65 years young!
Getting Married!: I’ve managed to lose 22 pounds... - Couch to 5K
Getting Married!
Hi Suzanne, was it running you were after? This is the forum for the Couch to 5K running plan from the NHS... which involves walking... but you may be after the Active 10 walking forum.
I certainly find that running makes a major contribution to step count (my Fitbit rudely declares that almost all my runs are walks but I correct her... and the heart rate data is clearly different) Running makes a lovely bit of space in your life for dealing with the stress of organising big events. Enjoy!
Welcome. Congratulations on the upcoming wedding, and well done with the weight loss. Enjoy your C25K journey. Always lots of support and advice on here.
Well done on your weight lose, you must feel very proud of yourself & rightly so!! Keep up the good work. Congratulations on your forth coming wedding 👍🏻

Welcome.. well done.... and if this is the place you want to be.....check this post out please! Loads of great advice and information.
If it is walking, then as GoogleMe suggests, maybe head for the Active 10 site
Ooooo how lovely! Congratulations! 👏👏
You’ve made a great decision starting this programme, and whereas you may not necessarily notice a whole lot of weight loss at the beginning (although you might), you’ll definitely see a difference for the better in your body shape.
Keep at it. It’s so much fun! 🏃♀️🏃♀️😀😀👍🏻👍🏻
