I’ve been suffering from a knee issue and I’ve used Rock Tape and it’s seems to have worked but I guess it all depends what the issue is....

Hi, I'm under nhs physio at the min, due to bad knees. I don't know if our knee trouble is the same, but my physio gave me the thumbs up when I told him I was starting c25k. He said it would help strengthen my legs and as the programme is gradual, it would do no harm to me. It would be a good idea to see your gp or a physio for further advice. Good luck x

Running impact can cause knee, shin and joint problems, so reduce the impact by keeping slow, avoiding heelstriking, keeping footfall under the body not out in front, running on grass or treadmill and wearing proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.
