I graduated on Friday and im out running in the morning. Should I keep running for 30 mins for a few weeks to get myself used to it before moving on?

First of all, well done on graduating! There's some good info here on what to do next: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Of course, you can do your own thing too, but running for 30 minutes is a fairly risk-free idea so a good starting point. Do try a parkrun if you have one locally too. Once you've done your consolidation runs for 2 or 3 weeks you might like to pick up once of the 10k plans, which you can find in the Bridge to 10k forum. Good luck!

As described in the guide linked to by telford_mike consolidation, without significant increase, is a good idea for a couple of weeks.
