Important Post - Please read

I asked Healthunlocked to do a little research for me because I was becoming aware that in our mist we have some unsung heroes. These wonderful members have been coming on to the forum and motivating, supporting and looking out for you all for five years or more.

Without these members the forum would not be the wonderful place it is today, we need people to stay around and help those learning to run, we need them to let us know its is only a bad run not a fail. we need their experience and soothing words when we feel like we can not do it and we soak up their excitement as we succeed and it feels like they have been on the journey with us.

I can only imagine how many posts they have read, answered and been part of over 5 years. I find it humbling to know all these people come and help out frequently and I wanted to give a shout out to them. You are the solid base of our forum and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
