One thing I absolutely love about this forum is reading the older posts from a year or more ago. People who were having real wobbles in the earlier weeks, and yet nevertheless, they now have a 'Graduate' badge after their names. It's so encouraging, seeing the final success did happen after the problematic runs. And it feels a bit like watching a film or reading a book safe in the knowledge that they all lived happily ever after. 😊😊

I like reading them too, and yes it's brilliant when you know that the tale has a happy ending! Several times though, I've not realised it is a post from 5 years ago and been about to reply with some advice and encouragement! 😂

Speaking of graduate badges, I see a nice new shiny one next to your name, Debston! Fantastic, congratulations!

I love it when I see a request for a graduate badge come up after they have posted that they couldn’t do it and say they will never be a runner, I have a little smile to myself and say well done you got there, I knew you would, as I add the badge next to their name.

I’ve often wondered how I get some likes from posts months ago 😂. I’m at one year(ish) of running and yup, it was quite a journey... 60 seconds nearly killed me (and then tried again 7 times) now 60 minutes is fun! We are unstoppable.
