w1R2. Went for my second run this morning. As much as I have been following this app I am also watching useful tips for beginner runners. I have embarked on 3 month " road to recovery" programme where I have decided to shun all addictions (alcohol, sugar, social media etc) and use the money and time saved to meditate and read more. So far I have had two great runs. I wasn't a couch potato per se previously but I lacked the discipline and self control. This time I am much more resilient and determined to make running, exercising and meditating a regular feature of my life. wish me luck!

Wow! Very impressed with your resolution. Go for it - I find the discipline and support of the C25K programme and app incredibly helpful in supporting my own rather shaky self-resolve.

What a triple commitment you have made. Just keep us posted as to your progress. I started in July during a two week break and so far I’m following the programme.
