I got to week 6 and had to stop due to having a slipped disc!! When I get back to it where do I start? I haven’t been able to run for 6 weeks!!

Try starting where you left off, really really really slowly. If it's too difficult maybe go back to the beginning of week 5. If in any doubt though, ask your physician. Is your back healed now? Fingers crossed it goes well!
