I am just about to start week 8 but just can’t face it so have gone back to week 6 for a while. I suppose it’s better than missing it altogether and it’s still 20 mins but I still don’t find it easy 😕

Fair enough... weather is cooling nicely, you are almost certainly capable of week 8, just relax when you’re facing it, and then go!

That’s fine - it’s not a race. Personally I didn’t find any of them easy, but it’s nice to be confident before you start. Good luck!

I went back too. I’d a sore foot and had to rest for a week at the end of week 6. Then I’d couldn’t face week 7 so went back 2 weeks as I knew I could do that! I had to get my head to catch up because you have to believe you can do this. Not sure it’s ever easy as it’s often tempting to stop but I always ask myself ‘why?’ When I realise my legs are fine and I’m not gasping (remember week 1?!) then I know I can do it and keep going. Well done though. WEEK 8!!! Don’t you remember the horror of a 5 min run? You’ve come so far and you’re nearly there. You CAN do it.
