Had two rest days after parkrun and was looking forward to today's run. Heaven knows why? I was battling head on or sideways wind most of my usual route and my legs complained most of the way.
Positives are that my breathing seems to be getting better and better and my route is so hilly that when I varied my route the last five minutes on the flat felt almost easy.
Next stop graduation after some Pilates tomorrow. ππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
