Today I completed Week 9 Run 1 and now I have ran 4.66km. Is there anything I can do to get that final push for 5K?

Run 2 and 3 May be naturally quicker. After that intervals, run longer slower etc. You’re close to it already, so I wouldn’t worry.

Don’t worry about getting 5k in 30 minutes. It’s hard and only 10% of people do that on graduation. I graduated in April and am nowhere near! You should do a ParkRun now 👌🏽

Just run.. what will be will be... pushing could result in the podium having to wait... just enjoy the runs to the badge ceremony
