Just back from run. Tried the relax and enjoy but not sure if it works or my Fitbit playing up. My split times have improved enormously since Wednesday and it’s even hotter today. I did run further before turning round and then did a detour down a shady lane. Is it possible to improve that fast? Suppose I will have to wait until next run to find out.
