First injury - Flipping flip flops!

Well, wouldn't you know it! Planned my first post grad run today and was really looking forward to it. Last night thought it was a good idea to run across across a lumpy paddock in flip flops after a glass or two of wine! All fine until this morning. Pulled something in my ankle, only minor thank goodness but what a flip flopping nuisance.! Going to a dog walk and possibly a bike ride instead. ( OH promises it's mostly down hill! ). Wish me luck :)

Nooooo! 😅 What a shame, and how typical! Flip flops are a liability sometimes, and coupled with a glass of vino things don’t always end well!

Take care of your ankle, enjoy your walk/cycle, and hope you’re up and running again soon! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
