Hello all! After a few weeks of self-pity, paranoia and injury, I went out this morning and did W1R1 again. I’m on the list for gallbladder removal but the surgeon I spoke to encouraged exercise and more weight loss before surgery, which could be six months away. Glad I made the effort, and pleased that I’m not letting the fear of pain get in the way of working on my fitness. Hope you all have a good day!
