Did it really pleased. On treadmill at the end Jo says should be slightly out of bread. Afraid I can hardly speak. Is it better to continue repeating week 1 until I am less exhausted or carry on yo week 2 ?!!

Hi Lizo58 - you can repeat if you like but no you don't need to repeat a run that you completed. So long as you did all the running you're ready to move forward.
You just need to learn to run more slowly so that you don't get so out of breath. That's the trick to building your stamina. Shorter steps, slower speed.
It took me a couple of weeks to believe it but it works!
Go to week 2, it’s not as bad as you imagine. If you smash it your confidence and fitness will improve and if you don’t then at least you tried and you can go back.
