Best earphones

Just started c25k last week and struggling to keep earphones in my little ears to hear Laura.

Any recommendations for sports earphones for an iPhone 7

I hit a brick wall at the end of wk7 and it was suggested I go shopping....so I did, treat myself to some headphones, I usually wear them so went for cheap but good reviews on Amazon and bought amazon.co.uk/Headphones-Mpo... must say they are really good for the money! x

I have jvc sports earphones, they have a little hook that goes over your ears to keep them in place. They're pretty good, available on amaz on.

I’ve been using Bluetooth earphones with my iPhone. They were about £15 from Amazon, and are fantastic. Good battery life, never fall out and no cable 😎 Look for brand MPOW.
