Hi everyone, I was just in the park and on my second to last run section when I turned my ankle 😩 There was a toilet near by so I hobbled to it and stuck my foot in the sink 😆 Then walked home. Now hours later it’s really stiff, so am icing it . Hey ho !! I’m on holiday Saturday so may just take a week or so off and swim in the pool next week ( as MrRun suggested) or could pack trainers just in case !
