I am very nervously beginning couch to 5k. I am pretty sure it will take me longer than 9 weeks as I have fibromyalgia. Still I am going to give it a go. 😊

Welcome. Slow and steady is key. Trust the plan. Don’t worry about weeks, just keep the run, rest, run, rest... pattern going. Graduation may be 9 weeks or years. What matters is the goal, getting yourself much fitter.
Don’t worry yourself about how long it takes you, I finished week 7 today think I started in May so it’s took me about 11 weeks to get this far, mainly because I don’t believe in myself every time I move up a week I go back and do the week before runs once or twice again 😂

I approach it too unsure about whether I would be able to cope with running as I never did it before. When I use to go to the gym I walked on the treadmill.
But now I am on week 2, and will recommend to you that you take your time. It’s not how fast you get to week 9 but being able to run a distance of 5k. You are making the small changes which matters in the long run. 🙂
