Well D1 was awful so repeated it twice. D2 was done on the treadmill and went really well. So pleased with myself. D3 was meant to be yesterday but had physio appt so delayed it till today. Well today has been awful again 😟 ( completed in the park)
I couldn’t complete any of my runs. 2 out of 3 mins and 4 out of 5mins! My legs and knees ached. I’m certain I could walk faster than I jogged! Micheal Johnson congratulating me at the end didn’t cut it either 😊
Deflated? yes!
Think I’m going to repeat today’s run again on Thursday 🤦🏽♀️

I often have trouble completing the runs. Being on a treadmill helps me because it ensures I don't go too fast. And like you, I can definitely walk faster than I jog. But trust me, it will get better (albeit very slowly in my case). 🙂
