Dreading tonight's run

Really not looking forward to it. Have to go as it's been 3 days between runs but really struggled with wk3r1 so not feeling all that optimistic. Feel so tired at the moment and mixed with time of the month not the best!

Will do my best to get out there though and I know I'll be buzzing once it's done. It's just hard getting out the door...!

Relaxing the mind could help, and there are apps to help with that.

Ease into that run and feel the boost as you beat it. You’re doing really well and the step up runs are designed to push you and it’s good to struggle for body and mind, it’s a struggle that you won.

Keep on running.

Thank you - I will report back later!! It's a long day to think about it, I think that's the problem. I'll make sure I get out there tonight!

Maybe try headspace lesson one before you go... takes 5-10 minutes and is relaxing.

Remember how good you will feel once you have done it, and that will get you out of the door. Good luck - you’ll do great 😁

Well I did it. Paced myself a bit more from the start so was feeling better until the last 3 minute run which felt like forever. Can't believe it jumps to 5 minutes after just one more session! Mind you I guess I wouldn't have thought I'd be able to do 3 minutes 2 weeks ago.

Heart rate leapt at the end but overall lower than last time.

Now to enjoy my achievement and a restful evening!

Thanks for the encouragement this morning!

Well done. Next weeks 5 mins won't be any worse than the one minutes of week one. In fact it might be easier... Keep going and good luck 🙂

Thanks. I'm sceptical but I'm sure you're right! One more run to go and then wk 4 here I come!
