Dunno 🤷‍♀️ All runs are different Don’t sweat it just move on. The next run is always going to be the best 😃

Don’t hurry by the way. Slow progression, taking care. It’s not a race so don’t get hung up on times, pace over distance etc 🙂

Because you are alive! Your body changes all the time. Loads of things affect how fast you run. Weather conditions and other factors come into it too.

If you run or walk exactly the same distance, sometimes no two runs and walk distances will show up on an app at the same place. When I was measuring out a possible 5k distance for a possible 5k run, I walked the same distance twice just to make sure the app was correct. The two times I did it, I started at the same place but at the 5k end was not in the same part, I would say there was about a 20-metre difference between the two times I walked. You would have to spend loads of money to get an exact professional measuring unit such as they have at the BBC for measuring half and full marathons, I think that is the reason why the distance and times of your runs differed.
