Really pleased have just finished W3. It has taken me 2 months to get here but I have done it and am actually looking forward to give W4 a go. Good luck to all who are taking this on it is definitely worth persevering

Way to go Dave. The speed you get there isn’t important, and everyone’s journey is different. You’ll soon be at the finish line and looking back with a proud smile at the struggles you’ve beaten.
I am totally with you on this. No competition just need to get fitter. I have taken my time to get there too. I’m back from my holidays and hope to May be do week 4 next. I have another break of a week before normal routine begins. Keep up the good work
