I have - amazingly!!! - got to week 7. And have run for 25 mins. When I never thought I could do this.
But yesterday I sprained my ancle. I’m so very annoyed. Not least as I need to get fit and lose tonnes of weight in the next 10 months before my daughter gets married (and I turn 60).
When I restart, should I go back a couple of weeks in the program?

Make sure you give your ankle enough time to heal properly. I can’t tell you how long unfortunately you would need expert advise, I do know starting before you are ready could damage it further. I would go out for a little interval run to see how it feels, maybe week 3 or 4 just to see how it is doing, but only when it has healed. Take it very gently.
