That's another run under the belt! It was hot going but it was good to get out of the greenhouse that my home has become! Next run Friday but with the high temperatures predicted, I may leave it till Saturday. I'll see how I feel. Take it easy all of you

Everyone is feeling the heat right now. I think it is great that people are still getting out there in this heat, such dedication. Well done on your runs.
