Disappointed today. I failed to complete Wk6 R3😔, my normal time after work but the scottish heat got to me today and after 15 mins I gave up. Just a wee blip, will be trying again on Friday

Don’t be downhearted, wow I’d be chuffed I could run for 15 minutes in this, especially straight after work! I love this programme and I completed it early June. But quite honestly I don’t know how anyone is keeping to it in this stifling heat. I’m praying it will cool down so I can get out tonight if not it will be a 5am run. You’re so nearly there, keep going and best of luck for Friday x
