Well it seems Cto5k is having a really good effect on my health already, although running (very, very, slowly) πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ and only at wk7 rn2, it has brought down my cholesterol (which is good as I never did take the tablets ) and as of two weeks ago I am now off my blood pressure ones, I'm waiting for the results of a low potassium test, which I seem to have at the moment ( no idea what that's all about ). All in all looking good πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ so glad I started this little adventure :)
