Having read some advice on the forum I have dropped my running to every other day. Nothing yesterday, though tonight I ran to the post C25K download “stamina” its amazing what Laura and a good beat can help you achieve. It’s a great 30 min run working on your strides per minute.

Good idea. You need recovery days for at least the first 6 months. Good luck with the speed training- I couldn’t handle the music 😂
