I actually can't believe that I'm one run away from completing the programme!

Nor can I believe that I can now run for 30 minutes, as I did for this latest run, and covered 4.5K! Incredible!

As with many things in life, I wish I'd started this earlier 😂

We will be waiting for you on the podium and I agree I wish I had started earlier, but keep focused on the road ahead and enjoy what you are doing now
