After checking out a lot of posts for the above run, I was inspired and keen to go.
So this morning I completed this milestone and feel fantastic. Thanks for all the hints and tips.
To be fair the conditions this morning were perfect for running, lovely and cool after the heat.
I am lucky to have a big park to run in so took my dog for moral support. She is young and active and I was encouraged by her youthful vitality. ( always speak to your vet about your dogs suitability for running).
Anyway, I found the 20 mins went quickly, and I loved hearing the half way bell, that spurred me on. It wasnโt a fast run and it wasnโt a pretty run but it was my run and I LOVED it
So if you are at this week and this run I encourage you to have faith and enjoy, you will feel fabulous afterwards.
Good Luck and enjoy.

Isnโt it a great feeling? ๐ I also run with my dog as I too run in a lovely inner city parkland. I keep her on the lead now Iโm doing longer runs, that way I can concentrate and not worry about her zipping off for a long sniff somewhere. I donโt go fast - she barely breaks into a trot - and I run early so itโs not too hot for her.
Have fun with W6. R1 is pesky. Donโt be tempted to go too fast, even though it looks easy!
Have fun out there! ๐โโ๏ธ๐โค๏ธ๐ช๐ป๐๐ป๐โโ๏ธ
Itโs the best. My 2 labs are too old and my JRT boy has to stop and widdle on everything, so my crossbreed girl is my partner of choice. I talk to her, and encourage her when the going gets tough. Yeah itโs really me Iโm reassuring! Haha. I feel safe with her too. Highly recommend it. ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐คฉ
