Inflatable fun

Had a great time completing this 5k run. climbing the inflatables uses more energy than the runs in between. At the end you have a choice of a leap of faith or a drop slide. I climbed both but was to scared to do either so had to climb back down lol

I love the sounds of these. Do you need a lot of upper body Stregnth to get through? Well done for completing it.

It was fun and the first time I’ve done 5k. No you don’t need lots of upper body strength. I’ve the weakest arms ever and I did it. Yeah I can feel it in my arms today but the only training I did for it was c25k.

It looks like great fun. Well done you! I wouldn’t fancy the leap of faith or drop slide either! 😱😂

I was so determined the whole time I was going to do it. But after climbing up I couldn’t even stand up 😱 from the ground the leap of faith didn’t even look that high, the slide did though.

It was, get some mates together and give it a go. You don’t even have to be fit because you can walk round the course.
