Hi Sammycab. Happy birthday.

Best suggestion would be not to let it upset you. We all have bad runs. Don’t carry the feelings over to the next one.

6 days is nothing like enough time for your condition to have gone but it is a perfect amount of time to let the gremlins take hold and convince your mind that you can’t run.

Take a clear rest day and have another go. Next time use IannodaTruffe’s self-check. If your bits and pieces are all working and you are alive, keep running.

Slowing it down may help, as may trying running outside.

Good luck with the next one - let us all know how it goes.
