My next run will the first one in week 4. So far, my ankle muscles, at the front, have ached during each run period, and stopped immediately during the walking phase.
The last two runs this has shifted upwards to my calves and ankles were alright. The 3 minute runs in week 3 were difficult because of this
Please tell me that muscles strengthen enough to do the 25 minute runs. At the moment I’m not even sure if I’ll manage the 5 minute ones. My calves were giving out by the end last time
I’ve never run by the way, not even as a child, too big. My muscles are struggling as their is a lot of me to move around
I do a slow jog when running, if I slow down any more I’d be walking. No problem with enough breath, or anything else, just the muscles
