Is there a recognised c25k tat I can get?

Did my first post grad run tonight. First time just out without my headphones focused on running up hill and was pleased to repeat the same hill seven times in a run that was 45 mins overall but with some down hill walking to get some air on.

Anyway, tats anyone?

There is a logo on the C25K graduate badge. If you search on here you will find a link.

I’m thinking of getting a running shoe or footprints tat of some kind. Or something marking first 5k, 10k etc (if I ever reach etc)!

Do you think that £6 is too expensive Dralimc? it's not too much, I am just happy to see 'Graduate' next to my name. I may consider applying for that badge sometime. They say that a badge symbol is supposed to be next to the word 'graduate'

Mmm, yes I do think it’s pricey. I shall be satisfied with my internal glow and hope one day, I get a completion medal in a race. That said, I’m not competitive, just love being able to run. 😊

Yes, I agree with that Dralimc, this Saturday I hope to actually run 5k around the local loch near to where I live. I graduated over three weeks ago and also ran the 6/30 minute post graduation consolidation runs but was always a bit short of that magic 5k, I think at the pace I go I should be able to do that in roughly 35 minutes.

Well done! I did my first PG run tonight, and managed 33 mins. Thought I would do 33/30/30 for 2 weeks, then 35/30/30. Then gradually increase other runs to 35. Nowhere near 5k yet. 3.8 tonight, but happy 😊

Fine, I just noticed a post from some guy who said he ran 6k in W9R1 in 30 minutes, wow.

I don't think there is, AlMorr, it's just the word Graduate that is the forum's own badge :) but that's good enough for me! I don't need a physical badge, I've started telling everyone anyway :D

Of course if you move over to the Bridge to 10K and then do a 10K, there's a Graduate10 badge :)

Indeed icklegui, you are correct, I am happy to see the word 'graduate' next to my name, however, at first when I started C25K on April 18th, there was this large badge, apparently designed by 'runaroundsue' who comes from the North East of Scotland and who incidentally I commented on one of her posts when she ran a PB. This badge is quite large and has the comments "NHS Couch to 5K 'name' has successfully run for 30 minutes" I thought at the time I graduated that badge would have been e-mailed to me but that never happened, I just got the word 'graduate' put next to my name, anyway, not to worry, I am happy with what I have achieved over the last now coming up for three months and the word graduate does appear next to my name whenever I report what run I have done or commented on any other persons runs.

ah! That must be the certificate. This is to be downloaded to your computer (by right-clicking on the image and selecting "Save Image As..." (on Windows). Self-service :) . Possibly there's a way of doing this on a phone but I'm not very good with that! It doesn't seem to be on the July badge post but it's on the June one healthunlocked.com/couchto5... . I had forgotten that it was designed by Runaroundsue (great username).

It's very smart :)

I love seeing all the grad badges! So many people successfully running the programme!

Got it Icklegui, thank you, after a bit of trial and error I put my initials AM above the 'completed 30 minutes running', best of luck to you for your future running.

someone got a running tattoo recently on here, I thought ... so I searched

and here it is healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Agaig , I think there's a bit of confusion - Jay's linked to buying a physical badge, but you have the "graduate badge" on the forum. It's the grey graduate tag next to your name, you can't see them if you are on the HealthUnlocked app though, only if you are accessing the forum through a browser.
