I’ve been progressing and progressing steadily but today was the first time I really noticed that I completed a run much slower than previously without meaning to. Has anyone else just had a day where their legs clearly weren’t working right? Not sure it it’s in my legs or in my head.

Sometimes they do... but.. sometimes..sneaky little things... they move faster too..
Could be tiredness , heat, or just one of those runs: )
