Well I’ve done 30 mins!🎉🎉 I over came those gremlins doubting myself !! I needed an extra days rest after the race for life and now I’m back on track!! Thanks everyone- I couldn’t have done this without all your support. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
