No idea what happened during my run to the app as it's defo not bn recorded properly could it be because I checked how long I'd ran on the c25k app n come off Strava i didnt close the app tho iykwim ?

Did your GPS signal disappear I wonder? So it didn't know where you were and thought you'd run a Km in ... 4 seconds? I don't think the C25K app is supposed to interfere but that's still a possibility. I didn't have any stats today as my phone died!
