Im feeling so relieved that I managed to complete W4R1 this morning. I was feeling slightly apprehensive, after reading that some members have struggled with W4. I chose to run early in the morning instead of the evening and think this may have helped with stamina. Thank you to everyone for all the advice and for sharing your experiences, as this has definitely given me courage and determination. Onwards and upwards....!!!

Well done. Early running is the only way for me at the moment. Everyone tends to find the next week a bit daunting. You’ll be fine with all of them if you go slowly and trust the programme

Thank you Jay66UK!....Yes, I’m definitely pacing myself and not being too confident. πŸ˜‰....Thanks for the advice, looks like early ones for me going forward. πŸ˜€πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Congratulations on your latest run. I much prefer to run early in the morning when I can, but sadly that’s not practical for me other than at the weekend. πŸ˜•

Whenever you run, take it slowly and steadily and don’t try to do too much too soon πŸ™‚

You’ll be joining us on the podium before you know it if you just follow the programme. πŸ˜‡

I never thought I could do it but look at me now, a graduate!

Thank you David_G.... Congratulations to you for completing the programme, what an achievement!! πŸΎπŸ† Yes, I will take your advice, thank you. Steady seems to be the way to go. I don’t want an injury which will prevent me from continuing.

Happy running to you! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™‚οΈ πŸ‘πŸ˜€

Just finished W4R1 this morning....and I decided to try an early one to give me the best chance of not giving up as the 5mins run was making me anxious.....but I survived!!! And enjoying the overdose of happy endorphins!!!😊
