Then I get guilty about throwing the box out! So they keep it until they lose interest - they have me well trained

I have a cat as well but I don't think she is thinking of running a 5k, the only place she runs is up a tree if a dog is chasing her,

My 10 year old cat (56 in human years) is probably fitter than me!!! She runs around like a mad thing, leaping and catching things we throw for her. And playing with the younger cats. She used to follow us when we went out for walks so I’m sure she’d quite happily coming running with me
