After many false starts and restarts Ive got through and run the 5K race for life, managed it in 41 mins but jogged the whole way, I have never managed to get anywhere near 5k in 30 mins! Must be my short legs

Amazing, well done! Managing to jog for 41 minutes is very impressive, especially in this heat (assuming your in the UK too).
