Back from Scandinavia and managed to fit in my final run of week 8 this morning.
I’m really finding these final runs pain free which leads me to think I’m not pushing as hard as I can but I’m sweating buckets doing the runs and my main goal is to be running 30 minutes at any speed.
My next goal once week 9 is done is to carry on with the 30 minute runs and gradually upping the speed to get to the elusive 5k in 30 minutes.
