Lovely photo of where you run Lylagrace, not long now before you graduate, I would love to take photo's of where I run as my route is very scenic, through lanes, wooded areas and around a Scottish Loch near to where I live but unfortunately my Smartphone is a bit old and can I can only take photo's and place them on my Facebook Page, not here on Healthunlocked C25K Website.

Yes we are indeed, this morning I took advantage of the 8C/46f temperature at 6.30 and completed my final 30-minute post graduation run around my local loch in Central Scotland, not a cloud in the sky, the loch, as they say, was like a mill-pond, the nearby hills and trees reflecting on the calm water, glad it was then as the temperature is now at 11 am approaching 21C/70F

I was watching a television documentary about midges in Scotland, fortunately, where I live they are not too bad, even on the early morning run I had today I did not come across any even beside the loch, however, if I had ran in the evening things might have been different. According to this documentary I watched they informed everyone that If the weather is really very hot and dry for a while the midges will die, they like warm damp places and live off among other things blood from humans, it is the female midge that does the biting. The best time to come on holiday to Scotland and avoid the midges is May, I was on holiday in the Scottish Highlands in May years ago and did not come across any midges at all, however, July and August are the worst months for midges, you have been warned.
